All eye surgery centers for classical ophthalmology, ophthalmic lasers and lens surgery were founded and are managed by Doctor-medic Bányai.
Doctor-medic Bányai is a specialist in her field. She completed her specialist training at the renowned Katharinenhospital in Stuttgart and today performs more than 3,000 laser eye surgeries annually.
Thanks to state-of-the-art technical equipment that we use in our ophthalmic laser and surgical centers, as well as the great experience of the surgeon, we are one of the best centers in the field of ophthalmology in the diagnosis and treatment of refractive errors and other eye diseases.

The Bányai eye center in Leonberg was opened in 2009 and is located west of Stuttgart. In addition, we are very easy to reach by motorway or public transport.
From Leonberg station, take the S-Bahn S6 or bus 92, 94, 632 and 932. Drive to the EKZ Leo-Center stop.
Cross Brennerstraße on the left. You will see the pharmacy Neue Stadtmitte. Turn left onto Leonberger Straße. After about 300 metres, you will see our eye surgery center on the right.
When accessing by car, the best parking option is the car park Süd EKZ Leo-Center. To do this, take the motorway junction Leonberg West (A8/A81) or the federal highway B295, which is very close to the EKZ Leo-Center.
Leave the car park on Leonberger Straße. Our practice is located on the opposite side of the street from the EKZ Leo Center.
Parking costs EKZ Leo-Center: 1st hour €0.50, 2nd hour €0.60 and every additional hour €1.00. A day ticket costs €10.00. You will also find parking directly under our practice at Leonberger Strasse 97 (small, public underground car park – entrance/exit with debit card)
The eye center in Leonberg has existed since 2009 and is located to the west in the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart. You can therefore reach us easily and directly via the motorway. Our laser eye treatments are carried out at the Stuttgart Mitte site. Preliminary examinations and eye surgeries also take place in Leonberg.
Our range of treatments is versatile. From simple nearsightedness to presbyopia and corneal curvature, we can treat any refractive error as well as eye disease with eye lasers. Glasses and contact lenses become superfluous through refractive correction using an eye laser. The city of Leonberg is located in the heart of the state of Baden-Württemberg, about 13 kilometres from Stuttgart. With a population of 48,000, it is the third largest city after Sindelfingen and Böblingen. Leonberg is a designated center of the surrounding municipalities.
