Your well-being is important to us! That is why we are now offering a very special service for certain laser eye surgeries: the so-called E-Eye-treatment. This is characterized by a non-invasive procedure and has been specially developed for the treatment of dry eyes.
After laser eye treatment, in some cases it can lead to particularly dry and itchy eyes, the so-called Sicca syndrome. Therefore, we offer the E-Eye treatment as part of various laser operations, so that the risk of dry eyes is reduced.

This procedure is pulse light therapy, because the E-Eye device stimulates the Meibomian glands, which are also responsible for secretion production, with the help of regulated light pulses (IRPL ®). This regulates and stabilizes the lipid layer (fat layer) of the tear film, so that the eyes are moistened again.
In this way, we want to ensure that you as a patient have as little risk as possible of dry eyes and that you can soon enjoy your life again without any complaints.
The treatment with the E-Eye method only takes a few minutes. In addition, this procedure is characterized by a particularly safe and painless procedure, which is particularly gentle.
